Danielle
Raised in the Sierra foothills, Danielle has over 15 years of experience bartending and managing front of house operations at a variety of establishments. She has launched cocktail programs at the likes of Michelin starred Nico in San Francisco and also helped foster the cocktail scene through small town programs.

Erin
The epitome of a midwesterner, Erin grew up thinking she’d be the next Indiana Jones. Her path not going quite according to plan, she found herself with a decade long career in corporate finance and operations. Still having that Hoosier hospitality coursing through her veins, she made the jump back into the industry.
